All sales final. Every item sold through Elite Suppliez is final sale: no refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is materially different from what was described or shown before purchase.

Claiming an item. Items are first come, first served. Messaging us about a piece holds it only once payment or a firm commitment is confirmed. Browsing or asking questions doesn't reserve it.

Condition. Items are resale. Most are pre-owned or deadstock sourced secondhand. Any notable wear is disclosed before you commit to buying; ask if you're unsure.

Shipping & pickup. We ship worldwide and offer local pickup. Shipping cost and timeline are confirmed with you directly before any payment is made.

Payment. Payment methods and details are arranged directly with you at the time of purchase.
